At Asha, we strive for satisfied customers. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Before returning any item, please contact us first via info@asha.eu or by phone at +31 10 467 67 47. Be sure to include your invoice number and customer details.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and the package must be securely packed and sufficiently stamped.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days. Please note: For credit card payments, processing may take up to 3 weeks.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Did you receive the wrong item or was the product damaged upon arrival? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions

  • Items that were specially ordered or custom-made for you cannot be returned.

  • Returns sent without prior notice may be delayed or refused.
